High Confectioner cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied during checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery Times<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders are prepared after payment has been received and verified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your order is being prepared, you will receive an order update. You will receive a further notification when your order has been dispatched for delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery times may vary depending on your location, order volume and circumstances outside our reasonable control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order Updates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can view the current status of your orders by signing in to your High Confectioner member account and selecting <strong>Orders<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may also send order-status updates to the email address associated with your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment Verification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders paid using <strong>Bank Voucher<\/strong> will remain on hold until the voucher has been received and successfully verified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparation and delivery will only proceed once payment has been verified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Failed Deliveries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please make sure somebody is reasonably available to receive your order at the delivery address provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a delivery cannot be completed because the address supplied was incorrect, access could not reasonably be obtained, or nobody was available to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged or Incorrect Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect or missing product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your <strong>order number<\/strong> together with details of the problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please refer to our <strong>Refund &amp; Returns Policy<\/strong> for further information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Questions About Your Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you need assistance with a delivery, please contact High Confectioner using the contact details provided on our website and include your <strong>order number<\/strong> so we can assist you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last updated: 30 August 2026 High Confectioner offers delivery to approved members.
